Description
The DU038 750 x 600 x 70mm C250 Single Seal Ductile Iron Manhole Cover is manufactured from high-strength spheroidal graphite ductile iron to provide a durable and cost-effective access cover for commercial and civil engineering applications. Certified to BS EN124-2:2015 and carrying the BSI Kitemark, it is suitable for Group 3 installations, including kerbside locations extending up to 500mm into the carriageway.
As part of the Eccles EasySeal® range, the DU038 incorporates a single sealing system engineered to provide an airtight seal when packed with grease. Combined with the SmartGrip® anti-slip surface, the cover delivers excellent safety, durability and reliable long-term performance in commercial environments.
With a 750 x 600mm clear opening, 850 x 700mm overall frame and 70mm frame depth, the DU038 is suitable for both new drainage installations and replacement projects. Optional locking, venting, badging and rubber seal upgrades are also available, allowing the cover to be specified to meet individual project requirements.
