D400, E600 & F900 Gully Grates and Frames

Our range of ductile iron gully grates and frames covers D400, E600 and F900 load classifications for surface water drainage across highways, commercial developments, industrial sites and other heavily trafficked environments.

Available in a range of clear opening sizes including 420 x 420mm, 430 x 430mm, 450 x 450mm, 465 x 465mm and 600 x 600mm, the range includes hinged, pedestrian-safe, double triangular and kerb-side configurations from established drainage manufacturers.

Products should be selected according to the required load class, clear opening, overall frame dimensions, frame depth and installation type. This is particularly important when replacing an existing gully grate, as products with the same nominal clear opening can have significantly different overall frame dimensions.

Gully Grates for Highway & Heavy-Duty Drainage

Our D400 gully grates provide options for road, carriageway, commercial and general heavy-duty drainage applications, including hinged, double triangular and kerb-side configurations.

For more demanding specifications, our E600 gully grates include heavy-duty options for areas subject to higher wheel loads, while F900 gully grates are available for projects requiring the highest BS EN 124 load classification within our range.

Individual products include manufacturer-specific features such as three-point suspension, non-rock designs, captive hinges, spring locking systems and pedestrian-friendly grate patterns.
