This D400-rated ductile iron gully grate and frame is engineered for high-performance drainage in demanding traffic environments. The double-triangular grate design provides excellent structural rigidity, distributing wheel and axle loads efficiently while maintaining fast surface water clearance.
Manufactured from EN-GJS-500-7 ductile iron and compliant with BS EN 124-2, this 600×600 grate is suitable for highways, HGV yards, industrial estates and commercial loading areas. The robust 100 mm frame depth allows secure installation into standard gully chambers, while the stable surface profile ensures long-term durability under repeated heavy vehicular traffic.
Stainless steel stud bolts join the twin grates securely, preventing movement and improving maintenance safety. Clear marking locations for the BSI Kitemark, logo and heat code are included on the top surface, as shown in the supplier drawing
