Visqueen Zedex Non-Combustible DPC is a high-performance, fire-rated damp proof course and cavity tray system designed for use in high-rise and fire-regulated buildings. With a certified reaction to fire rating of A2-s1,d0, it meets the latest UK Building Regulations and Irish Technical Guidance Document B (2024).

Installation Notes:

• Always install with red face upwards or outwards
• Extend DPC through full masonry including finishes
• Bed into fresh mortar or surface-fix using mastic and fixing strip
• Lap joints ≥100mm, sealed with Visqueen Zedex Mastic
• Use joint supports for unsupported laps
• Do not install in temperatures below 5°C
