Visqueen DPC Joint Support

Lightweight, stainless steel supports designed to maintain the shape and integrity of cavity tray lap joints. Supplied either bespoke (to Visqueen PFU-NC-660 drawing) or in packs of 10 hand-bendable units (for trays up to 500mm wide).

Typical Uses:

• Structural support under DPC lap joints

• Optional secondary support under cavity tray lengths to prevent pooling

• Used with Visqueen Zedex and other Visqueen cavity tray systems

Installation Guidance:

• Position support beneath joint before forming DPC lap

• Embed in inner leaf or fix using:

  • Visqueen Zedex Mastic (for Zedex system)

  • Visqueen Butyl Tape (for standard systems)

• Support rests on outer leaf for additional stability

• Ensure profile matches tray before install

• Visqueen Zedex Mastic (380ml)

• Visqueen Preformed & Flexi Preformed Units

• Visqueen Zedex Non-Combustible DPC

Additional Notes:

• Supplied in stainless steel grade 1.4301 (304) as standard

• 316-grade (1.4401) recommended for coastal or aggressive environments (quote on request)

• Standard units do not include fixing holes — advise if required

• Store dry and under cover. Handle with care — sharp edges possible

• Associated products should not be installed below 5°C
