Visqueen Zedex Mastic 380ml cartridge (Box of 24)

Visqueen Zedex Mastic is a flexible white sealant supplied in 380ml cartridges, designed for bonding and sealing Visqueen Zedex Non-Combustible DPC systems. It requires no primer, provides excellent initial grab, and allows minor repositioning—ideal for both lap joint and surface-fixed cavity tray installations.

Typical Uses:

• Sealing 100mm lap joints between:

  • DPC to DPC

  • DPC to Non-Combustible Preformed Units (rigid or flexi)

• Surface-fixing DPC and Preformed Units to inner leaf substrates (e.g. steel or blockwork)

Installation Guidance:

• Lap joints:

  • Apply three vertical beads over the lap area

  • Overlay DPC and compress with a seam roller

  • Seal exposed edge with mastic

• Surface-fixed joints:

  • Apply a horizontal bead on the substrate

  • Press DPC in place and compress

  • Finish with fixing strip and stainless steel fixings ~5mm from DPC upper edge

• Do not install below 5°C

• Use in well-ventilated areas away from ignition sources
