VISQUEEN High Performance DPM 4×12.5M

Visqueen High Performance DPM is a robust 0.5 mm thick co-polymer damp proof membrane supplied in 4 m × 12.5 m centre-folded rolls designed to protect ground floor constructions from moisture ingress.

Suitable for installation above or below the structural floor. Not for use where hydrostatic pressure is present.

Installation Guidance

• Install on smooth substrates: sand blinding, beam and block, or concrete
• Loose laid with 150mm overlaps (or welded)
• Jointing with VisqueenPro Tapes or GR Lap Tape (harsh conditions)
• Use Top Hat Units or Detailing Strip for service penetrations and corners
• Immediately cover to protect from UV or damage
• For reinforcement areas, use TreadGUARD or screed

Installation Accessories

High performance damp proof membranes are typically installed alongside additional detailing components to ensure a fully sealed system.

Common accessories include:

Usable above 5°C. For high settlement areas, use Visqueen Pre Applied Membrane.
