The 750 x 750 x 50mm B125 Safeseal Ductile Iron Manhole Cover is a premium-quality access cover manufactured by Wrekin for residential and light commercial drainage applications where a 750 × 750mm clear opening is required. Manufactured from high-strength ductile iron and certified to BS EN 124-2 Class B125, it delivers dependable long-term performance in areas subject to occasional light vehicle traffic.
Designed with Wrekin’s proven Safeseal labyrinth sealing system, the cover helps minimise odour escape while reducing water ingress into the chamber. Unlike conventional flat sealing systems, the engineered labyrinth profile provides enhanced sealing performance while allowing straightforward maintenance access.
The cover features a high-performance chequer plate surface independently tested by a UKAS-accredited laboratory to achieve a PSRV between 70 and 84, providing excellent slip resistance in both wet and dry conditions. Safety keyways, tapered frame sides and central lifting points are incorporated to assist safer handling and simplify cover removal during maintenance.
Manufactured from durable ductile iron and backed by BSI Kitemark certification and CCPI assessment, the cover can also be supplied with optional screw locking, neoprene seals, safety grilles, pressure relief holes, flood and odour control plates and utility badging, making it suitable for a wide variety of drainage and utility applications.
