The DU028 750 x 750 x 70mm C250 Single Seal Ductile Iron Manhole Cover is a robust access cover manufactured from high-strength spheroidal graphite ductile iron for commercial and civil engineering applications. Certified to BS EN124-2:2015 and carrying the BSI Kitemark, it is suitable for Group 3 installations, including kerbside locations extending up to 500mm into the carriageway.
Part of the Eccles EasySeal® range, the DU028 incorporates a single sealing system engineered to provide an airtight seal when packed with grease. Combined with the SmartGrip® anti-slip surface, it offers excellent safety, durability and long-term reliability in commercial environments.
Featuring a 750 x 750mm clear opening, 850 x 850mm overall frame and 70mm frame depth, the DU028 is suitable for both new installations and replacement projects. Optional locking, venting, badging and rubber seal upgrades are also available, allowing the cover to be tailored to individual project requirements.
