The AccessFlow™ Triple Sealed & Locking recessed manhole cover provides concealed access within finished floors, patios and paved areas while incorporating a triple-sealed, locking cover and frame system.
Manufactured from aluminium, the recessed tray allows paving or tiles to be incorporated into the cover to maintain a discreet finish across the surrounding surface.
Unlike the AccessFlow™ Double Sealed range, which is self-secured by the weight of its infill, the Triple Sealed configuration uses stainless-steel socket-head fixings to secure the cover to the outer frame. This makes it a suitable option where a locking recessed access cover is required.
The range is suitable for internal and external applications and incorporates three sealing interfaces between the cover and frame.
With a 60mm overall cover depth and 41mm in-tray depth, the TSL-60 configuration is suitable for a range of internal and external applications. Load performance varies by cover size, so the required loading and individual product specification should be confirmed before ordering.

What size Triple Sealed recessed manhole cover do I need?
Select the cover based on the clear opening of the chamber, not the dimensions of the existing cover or frame. The AccessFlow™ Triple Sealed range is available in clear openings from 150 x 150mm up to 1000 x 1000mm. Always check the overall frame dimensions before ordering. Does the 60mm measurement refer to the tray depth?
No. The TSL-60 has a 60mm overall cover depth and a 41mm in-tray depth. The 41mm measurement is therefore the important dimension when considering the paving or tile build-up within the recessed tray.

What finishes can be installed inside the recessed tray?
The recessed aluminium tray is designed to accommodate paving and tile finishes, allowing the access cover to blend into the surrounding finished surface. The TSL-60 provides a 41mm in-tray depth for the selected finish and bedding materials.
Are lifting keys supplied with the cover?
Yes. Lifting keys are supplied with the AccessFlow™ recessed cover. Replacement AccessFlow™ lifting keys are also available separately if additional or replacement keys are required.
Is the Triple Sealed recessed cover waterproof and odour sealed?
The manufacturer’s TSL-Pro-Line is described as an odour and waterproof triple-sealed system. Correct installation, sealing and maintenance of the cover and surrounding construction are important to achieving the intended performance.
