Visqueen Zedex Housing Grade DPC is a durable, BBA-certified damp proof course designed specifically for residential buildings up to three storeys. Made from a robust thermoplastic blend with elastomer additives, it offers long-lasting protection against moisture in masonry, timber, or steel frame constructions.

• Tough 0.6mm membrane – ideal for residential builds
• Roll widths from 100mm to 900mm (20m length)
• Compatible with site-formed cavity trays
• Preformed corners available for simple detailing

Application Notes:

• Lay on wet mortar in masonry walls
• Must be fully supported when used as a cavity tray
• Lap joints must be at least 100mm and sealed
• Not suitable for commercial or high-rise use – use Zedex CPT DPC for those applications
