Visqueen DPC 150mm x 30m (6 rolls)

Visqueen Polyethylene DPC is a cost-effective, flexible 0.5mm black damp proof course made from a minimum of 85% recycled polyethylene. Manufactured to BS 6515:1984, it’s suitable for use in masonry walls to prevent rising damp and is supplied in a wide range of roll widths (30m lengths).

Usage

• Suitable for use in masonry walls per BS 6515:1984

• Not suitable for use above lintels or as a cavity tray

• Check with warranty providers for specific project suitability

Installation Guidance

• Install on an even bed of wet mortar

• Fill all voids in adjacent masonry courses

• Extend DPC through full wall thickness

• 100mm minimum lap joints, bonded with Visqueen Double Sided Butyl Tape

• For timber frames, staple using stainless steel staples at 150mm centres

Install above 5°C. For housing or higher-performance alternatives, consider Zedex Housing Grade or Zedex CPT DPCs.
