Visqueen Zedex Housing Grade DPC is a durable, BBA-certified damp proof course designed specifically for residential buildings up to three storeys. Made from a robust thermoplastic blend with elastomer additives, it offers long-lasting protection against moisture in masonry, timber, or steel frame constructions.

Application Notes:
- Lay on wet mortar in masonry walls
- Must be fully supported when used as a cavity tray
- Lap joints must be at least 100mm and sealed
- Not suitable for commercial or high-rise use – use Zedex CPT DPC for those applications
