The 750 x 600 x 75mm B125 Safeseal Ductile Iron Manhole Cover is a premium-quality access cover manufactured by Wrekin for residential and light commercial drainage applications where a 750 × 600mm clear opening and a 75mm deep frame are required. Manufactured from high-strength ductile iron and certified to BS EN 124-2 Class B125, it provides dependable long-term performance in areas subject to occasional light vehicle traffic.
The 75mm frame depth makes this model particularly suitable for installations requiring a deeper bedding depth, offering greater flexibility for new-build developments, reinstatement works and projects where additional frame embedment is specified.
Designed with Wrekin’s proven Safeseal labyrinth sealing system, the cover helps minimise odour escape while reducing water ingress into the chamber. The engineered sealing profile delivers excellent long-term performance while remaining easy to remove for maintenance operations.
The cover incorporates a high-performance chequer plate surface independently tested by a UKAS-accredited laboratory to achieve a PSRV of 70+, providing excellent slip resistance in wet and dry conditions. Indexed corners, safety keyways, tapered frame sides and central lifting points further enhance installation accuracy and safe handling.
Manufactured from durable ductile iron and backed by BSI Kitemark certification, the cover can also be supplied with optional screw locking, neoprene sealing, safety grilles, pressure relief holes, flood and odour control plates and utility badging, making it suitable for a wide range of drainage and utility applications.
