Description
This 450mm prefabricated surface water inspection chamber provides a practical, off-site manufactured solution for accessing underground drainage systems. It is designed to reduce on-site construction time, improve dimensional accuracy, and simplify installation compared with traditional brick-built chambers.
With a compact 450mm internal diameter and a standard 1.0m overall height, this chamber is well suited to shallow and medium-depth surface water applications on residential, commercial, and light civil projects.
Inlet Configuration (A2)
This chamber is supplied in a fixed A2 configuration, comprising:

2 × 160mm side inlets positioned at 90°

2 × 110mm EN1401 side inlets positioned at 45°

2 × 150mm to 160mm level invert reducers
(twinwall spigot to spigot)
This configuration provides increased flexibility compared with A1, allowing multiple lateral connections while maintaining a compact chamber footprint.

Lead time is typically 7 working days, subject to availability at the time of order. Deliveries are made on large commercial vehicles and goods are supplied palletised, with customer offload normally required.
