450mm Catchpit Chamber-150mm Twinwall Inlets

Price range: £345.00 through £515.00 excl. VAT

450mm catchpit chamber designed for surface water drainage systems, helping to trap silt and debris before it enters downstream pipework. Supplied as a pre-assembled unit with 150mm twinwall connections and a 300mm sump for effective sediment collection.

Suitable for adoptable and non-adoptable drainage systems, with multiple inlet configurations available to suit site requirements.

Available in depths from 1.0m to 3.0m to suit a range of drainage installations.

Description

This 450mm catchpit chamber is designed to capture silt, debris and contaminants within drainage systems, reducing the risk of blockages and protecting downstream infrastructure. Commonly installed upstream of attenuation systems, soakaways and discharge points, catchpits play a critical role in long-term drainage performance.

The chamber is supplied as a factory-assembled unit, allowing for quick installation on site. A 300mm sump provides effective separation of solids from flowing water, ensuring debris settles at the base while clean water exits the system.

Catchpits are widely used in surface water drainage systems where sediment management is required to maintain system efficiency and reduce maintenance.
