Graf One2Clean Sewage Treatment Plant Process:

  • Wastewater enters the One2Clean tank through a side inlet, flowing directly into the biological zone where treatment begins as microorganisms break down waste.
  • Aeration starts with compressed air diffusers to optimize treatment, then pauses to allow settled waste to sink.
  • Cleaned water near the surface is extracted with compressed air, passing through a sampling point for quality checks before discharge.
  • This treatment cycle runs twice daily, each lasting 12 hours.
  • Sludge build-up at the tank’s base should be removed according to the manufacturer’s recommendations, with disposal by a registered waste carrier.

Features & Benefits:

  • Single-tank system with one chamber
  • Low energy consumption
  • No mechanical or electrical components in wastewater
  • Minimal sewage sludge production
  • Clear, odour-free treated water
  • High manufacturing standards for durability and corrosion resistance
  • Suitable for installation in groundwater
  • Easy maintenance with a self-cleaning sampling container
