Non-Standard Access Covers

Non-Standard Access Covers provide a practical solution where existing openings, chambers, or frames do not suit standard catalogue sizes or load ratings. This is particularly common on retrofit projects, refurbishment works, and legacy drainage installations.

We supply bespoke fabricated access covers and frames manufactured to suit exact opening sizes, required load classes, and site conditions. Options include solid top or recessed covers, with designs available to meet A15 through to F900 loadings, subject to application.

Bespoke access covers are often required where replacing surrounding concrete is impractical or where compliance with current loading standards is critical.
